Vene 33 Tallinn, 10123 Estonia
Tallinn is not a huge capital but has it all for a perfect day out on a bike. Tallinn has marked cycle roads, green parks, not much traffic, small distances, a pleasant atmosphere, and many interesting sights yet to be explored. Toomas Lelov, the owner of the company, has designed all the tour routes himself.
The most popular tour is the "Welcome to Tallinn Bike Tour" which takes you to Tallinn's harder to reach, beautiful spots such as Kadriorg Palace and Park, Song Festivals Ground, ruins of Pirita Convent and Tallinn Olympic Centre. This tour takes place all year round, also in winter and with snow (bikes have winter tyres). It is an incredible experience to bike on an icy river and in the snow!
New in 2015 is the "Other Side of Tallinn Tour"
Another side of Tallinn is a bike tour that is taking you to Kalamaja, Kopli, and Telliskivi area. This tour shows you one most popular living area in Tallinn center and also Peter the Great built houses in the Tsar era.
Next new thing is Daytours! These tours are basically like Self-Guided but last about 4-6 hours long, so if you are coming to town only for a day, then it's perfect for you.
Most of the tours are taking you to places where there is beautiful nature. Tallinn is not such a big city, so it's about a 1-hour ride to make it to the countryside or some suburban area where it's quiet, and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, or go into the forest and see the beauty of the Estonian wild side. The first fog is only 10 kilometers away from our office!
Estonia is a very small country, and the main natural sights are just a day tour from Tallinn. Lahemaa National Park is a true nature lovers paradise. This self-guided bike tour explores sights like Jägala Waterfall, Palmse and Sagadi Manors, Altja, and Käsmu Fishing villages. This tour is so popular that in summer it is good to book well beforehand.
New in 2015, the Tallinn outskirts tour is the self-guided day tour to the former Soviet military town Paldiski and its surroundings - Nature Reserve Pakri Peninsula. Paldiski used to be one of the most important military bases in the Soviet Union. There are still some leftovers from that time. The nature of the city is very beautiful. The way to Paldiski is by the sea along a beautiful coastline.
No matter which route you choose, our highly entertaining and well-informed guides will give you the best sightseeing trip you could hope for. Tours are offered in English. Other languages are available by request.
